Retreat Theme: Wired For Desire
We've been hard-wired with intense desires that God gave us. This weekend we will look at what He says about three big desires: Romance, Community, and Purpose.
We are gathering to dig into God’s Word and encourage one another with grace and truth to fulfill these desires His way! There will be amazing homemade food, live worship music, small group discussions, new friends, espresso bar and bookstore (bring a few dollars cash for these), and great fellowship with games and indoor / outdoor activities during free time.
Austin Krokos, Laura Krokos, and Brandon Akins are the Master Plan Staff that will be teaching on the theme "Wired for Desire" from God's Word, where we see that our desires need to be satisfied as we "look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed." Titus 2:13

About This Event
Join other young adults and students from CMU and around Colorado at the MPM Ranch! 45 minutes from Durango and nested in the beautiful mountains, this location provides a way to escape and unplug from the craziness of the world and focus on one another and Jesus. This retreat is a great way to get to know fellow believers, strengthen your relationship with Jesus, and have a blast in the mountains at the same time!
There will be new friends, Bible based messages, live worship music, great food, and awesome community. We plan to grow closer to Jesus if you know Him, and if you don't, you are sure to learn something new! It will be a lot of fun in a beautiful mountain setting. |
